Bacon Broccoli Salad
Did somebody say BACON?? and then mention BROCCOLI? My favorite salad! You just cook up a pile of bacon, cut into little bits, toss with broccoli flowerettes and some quartered mushrooms. The dressing is miracle whip or mayo with a bit of sugar and some vinegar mixed in. Mmm Mmmm Mmmmm...
