Cornbread Salad
2 boxes Jiffy Corn muffin mix- prepared
2 stalks celery;chopped, 1 large onion; chopped, 1 ripe tomatoe; chopped and 1 green pepper; chopped
1/3 cup Crisco Oil
1 cup Miracle Whip
2 Tbs. prepared Mustard
Cool the Corn bread and crumble it into a large bowl. Add vegetables. Combine oil, mayo, and mustard. Pour over cornbread. Stir CAREFULLY. Chill overnight. Makes approx, 8 servings
