Cranberry-Apple Jello Salad

3 ounces lemon flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup cranberries -- crushed
1 cup Jonathon apples -- diced
1 cup granulated sugar
8 ounces crushed pineapple -- drained

Combine gelatin and sugar with 1 cup boiling water; stirring until completely dissolved. Add cold water and fruits; mixing well. Place in refrigerator until set. Serve.
