CRANBERRY SALAD
1 lb fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 lb seedless red grapes, chopped in half
2 cups chopped pecans
3 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Place rinsed cranberries in food processor & lightly chop. Transfer cranberries to
bowl & mix w/sugar. Cover bowl & allow to set in refrigerator overnight. Before
serving, add chopped grapes, pecans & marshmallows to cranberry mixture & fold in
whipped cream. Serve cold. Serves 10-12.
