8 Layer or 8 Hour Salad :
1 head of lettuce
2 c. celery
1 head cauliflower or broccoli (cut into bite size pieces- I use 1/2 of each mixed
together)
3/4 c. onion
Cook 2 boxes frozen peas
Fry 1 pound bacon-let cool-crunch up
1 & 3/4 c. salad dressing (not mayo! I use Miracle Whip) mix this with: 3/4 c.
parmesan cheese
Put in layers as listed above. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours, & mix right before
eating. (Now I'm gonna have to make this!) Sorry, more layers than I thought!
