Here's a favorite at our house...
M J's Cole Slaw

3 C shredded cabbage
1/4 C Mayonaise
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsps sugar
2-3 T sour cream (I use heaping T)

Combine mayonaise with salt, sugar, and sour cream. Add to cabbage and toss til it is well coated with dressing. Chill.

Enjoy!

I usually just shred the whole head of cabbage...and then make up enough dressing to go with how much cabbage I have. Sometimes I double the dressing recipe, sometimes I triple it.
