Pink Frozen Champagne Salad

8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
Few drops of red food coloring (optional)
1 lg. cont. whipped topping
1 c. pecans, walnuts or nut topping, chopped
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 bananas, sliced



Cream sugar and the cream cheese. Fold in whipped topping and food coloring. Add strawberries, nuts, and pineapple. Pour into a 9X13 in. dish and freeze. Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving. Cut in squares to serve.

Personally, I like this dish better thawed out. I take it to all church dinners or picnics. Yummy!
