RHUBARB SALAD MOLD.
Bring to a boiling point....2 Cups of Rhubarb(canned or frozen)
Mash Rhubarb, then add......2-3 oz. Pkg. Raspberry Gelatin
Drain, reserving juice......1 Cup crushed Pineapple
Add enough water to juice to
make 2 cups of liquid. Mix
liquid with.................1/2 Envelope of unflavored
gelatin. Add gelatin mixture to hot rhubarb, then cool.
Fold in......................Pineapple
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup of minced celery
1/4 cup lemon juice
Chill and serve.
