Strawberry Spinach Salad

2 lbs fresh spinach - washed and ripped - discard stems
1 quart fresh strawberries - hulled and sliced

Dressing:

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar or fruit vinegar
2 TBS poppy seeds
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup sugar

Blend dressing ingredients together & season to taste with salt & pepper. Pour over spinach and strawberries, toss, then enjoy!
