Watergate Salad
1 small box instant pistachio pudding
1 large (9 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped pecans
Stir pudding and pineapple together until all pudding is moist. Add Cool Whip, milk and
mayonnaise, then pecans and marshmallows. Chill before serving. Freezes beautifully.
