DELICIOUS BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP
2 heads broccoli, cut up into chunks
4 cups hot water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
12 oz. American cheese slices
Put broccoli, hot water and chicken bouillon cubes in large kettle and cover...cook just until broccoli is tender. Do not drain. Mix the flour and milk together and add slowly to the contents in the pan. Stir till slightly thickened. Add cheese slices and heat on low just until melted. If you like broccoli and cheese you will love this recipe...everyone that I have given it to says it is delicious!!
