Easy Cheese Soup
1 c. each of Celery, carrots, and onions
2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
1/2 of a large bag of frozen califlower
1/2 of a large bag of frozen brocoli pieces
4 chicken bouillin cubes
1 quart of water
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 lb of velveta cheese cubed
Combine chicken cubes, water, and vegies. Boil for 20 min. adding the frozen vegies the last 10 min. Add Soup
and cheese and simmer. Do not boil.
