Janice Harms Potato Soup
My recipe: (I'm not good at measuring)...potatoes, water, white polish sausage, barley...salt and pepper...let simmmer until barley cooked...when a little cool at a dollop of sour cream...Geez, I just pour a whole pint into the pot. Yummmiest soup I've ever had...not a meat eater, but have to do the "family" thing...I do eat this soup...and chicken soup, too!
