Broccoli-Cauliflower Casserole
Steam until crispy soft:
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 bag frozen cauliflower or fresh
Saute 1 diced onion in butter
Add and blend:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Place draind vegetables in dish, cover with soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Top with 1 cup grated cheese and one can fried onion rings and bake an additional 5 minutes.
