Scalloped Cheese Potato Casserole
32 ounces frozen hash browns
1/2 stick butter -- melted
1/4 tsp salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 medium onion -- diced
10 ounces cheddar cheese -- grated
corn flake crumbs
Grease 9x13-inch pan. Mix all ingredients except for corn flakes. Pour into pan. Melt 1/4 C. butter and 2 C. corn flake crumbs; mixing well. Sprinkle over top and bake at 350° for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
