1tsp.Vanilla Butter Nut Flavoring(no substitutes)
1/2Cup Margarine or butter

1 Cup Flour - 1tsp.cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. nutmeg - 1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. Butter Nut Flavoring
About 1/2 cup margarine.

Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl.(Electric mixer
does well)
Add topping to yams, pat a little.
"Slice margarine on top of topping until entire surface
is pretty much covered.(I use the squeese kind and just go
crazy with "drawings"LOL)
Bake at 350° for about 30-45 min. or until topping is a
light golden brown.

Your kitchen will smell like heaven while this is baking.

DO NOT use any other flavoring other than the Butter Nut
Vanilla. It's made by McCormick.
