Swiss Vegetable Medley

1 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, & carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Swiss cheese -- shredded
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can French fried onions

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cheese and 1/2 can of the onions. Pour into shallow 1-qt. casserole. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with cheese and remaining onions. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes more
