Ultimate Mashed potatos
1 5lb bag of Yukon Gold potatos, peeled and diced into small chunks
1 stick butter
1 pkg ranch dressing DRY mix
1/2 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheese (whatever kind you like, we use 4-cheese Sargento
2 Tbls Cavenders Greek Seasoning
salt
pepper
milkBoil potatos until done, drain. Using hand mixer or masher, mash potatos until chunky consistancy (unless you like yours really smooth, that's fine too). Mix in milk until desired thickness. Add remaining ingrediants and mix well. These are delicious.....I think I may have to make some tonight :)
