1) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
locate the string value called Window Title and right click
now select "Modify" and in the value data line enter the name that you would like to appear in the Window Title

Next locate the key

2) HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{C15CEF40-DD6E-11D2-8AFD-E7FB6F5CB630}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0
locate the string value called Window Title and right click
now select "Modify" and in the value data line enter the name that you would like to appear in the Window Title
