Partition resizer is a small DOS executable, which requires no installation, and can perform all these tasks in a short while, giving you the opportunity to re-arrange your disk partitions safely, quickly, and fuss-free. It is small enough to copy to a Windows Startup Disk which is a good idea because you will need to use FDISK.EXE and FORMAT.COM (both free DOS programs found on the Windows Startup Disk) in conjunction with Partition Resizer. Make sure you thoroughly read through the documentation enclosed with the program before you run it!
