Sure, just get in touch with abuse@microsoft.com and they are really
excellent people.  I cannot praise the people there enough.  I have a long
association with them by fighting spam on these newsgroups VIGOROUSLY
everyday.  Many do not realise that while I am not one for replying to a
large number of messages, many like myself do perform useful functions on
these newsgroups that others do not realise goes on.  Those that have been
there a long time will tell you that spam here used to be terrible and now
there is virtually none as spammers know that because we fight it so heavily
most ISP's will remove their websites completely and many back bone
suppliers close down whole domains.

Just make sure you enclose the header information.  In Outlook Express while
the message is selected go menu FILE then PROPERTIES and select the tab
DETAILS and copy and paste that information into the top of the reply.
