ShortCutter 2.0

ShortCutter is a nice little freeware utility that can help you to manage your Windows 95/98 shortcuts. Featuring an clean, attractive interface that mimics a two-paned Explorer view, it can sweep your hard disks, removable drives, and network for broken shortcuts. When it finds one, you're given the option to fix it or delete it. ShortCutter can also look for and delete zero-byte files and empty folders. It offers plenty of options, a built-in recycle bin, and the ability to keep a log file of all activity. Much of what ShortCutter does is covered by the latest commercial uninstaller programs; however, if you don't have one of those, ShortCutter gives you a great (and free) way to help keep your  system a little cleaner.
