Start your favorite applications, folders and Web pages instantly by creating  your own Windows key shortcuts with WinKey! This FREE shell extension allows you to define keyboard shortcuts. You can use almost any key combination and create shortcuts to system folders such as My Computer, Network Neighborhood, Dial-Up Networking, Control Panel and Recycle Bin. I set mine up to launch Tweakui,  Internet Properties and Add Remove Programs at the press of a Key combo. An enhanced TaskManager is also available. Pressing Win+F10 will enable you to shut down programs easier than using Ctrl+Alt+Del. Click the pic below to go to the WinKey site and download the program.
