I don't know what made me think of it, but that first 'romantic' kiss crossed my mind this morning. I had gone to the movies with my GFs and this guy walked me home. (I can picture him, but I don't remember his name) We stood in my front yard talking for a while, and he suddenly leaned down and kissed me full on the mouth. Since I was only 12 and I don't remember his name, I guess it wasn't very romantic. lol You must have a better story. How 'bout it?

I was 13, bunch of us kids were playing in the hayloft of farm nearby, mother would have killed us had she known!!! anyway, I had a crush(huge) on next door neighbor(Randy) we were climbing around getting ready to jump again when he grabbed me and kissed me...I have goosebumps, what a wonderful, innocent, sweet summer that was(1966) Thanks Pat for reminding me, I'll have stars in my eyes all day!!!....Nance

Yep me too...12 I think and I was visiting with a cousin and her next door neighbor and I played kissy face. He had a horse and I thought he was wonderful...I don't remember his name or even what he looked like...well that was too too many years ago....

Oooh, I remember...Brent Ackors...he was my good friend's big brother and he was just the dreamiest thing! I think he was about 16 and I was probably 14. You have to understand that I was already 6' 1 1/2" tall and looked about 24 years old....I must have terrified the boys my age. Anyway, I had flirted around with him all summer. He had been sneaking holding hands, etc. for awhile. He would casually touch my knee, or hold hands when no one was watching. We had flirted and flirted and the tension had built up to its peak and the hormones were flying! He took us out driving and we had so much fun. We drove crazy and even got pulled over by the police. But we escaped a ticket because Mr. Ackors was also a policeman.
When we got back to their house, he got his sister to go inside for something and then he kissed me under the summer stars, in the middle of their front lawn under the moonlight. It was a perfect first kiss, made all the better because we did not want his sister to catch us or even worse, his dad!!! We kissed several times and then it progressed to a mind-blowing first French kiss!!!!
Once my friend found out, she was soooo mad at me...like I was a big hussy or something. It pretty much ruined our close friendship. Also, I was then embarrassed to ever be around big brother again! So that was the end of my big summer romance...but I will always cherish that perfect first kiss!

ohmygosh...I was six! I was supposed to be cleaning my room before I could go out and rollerskate with him. He came in to help so I could get done faster. He snuck a quick one (LITTLE KISS - jeez get your minds out of the gutter! *grin*) on me in the closet! LOL

I was 12, I guess, at a friend's birthday party. She paired up all the girls and boys (I was paired with Robbie) and we all went into her bedroom and kissed each other! Thank goodness my friend paired me up with a cute boy!!!!!

Oh yes I rember him .... Mel Childress. He was the "bad Boy" of school and a little older than the rest of us. I flirted all year with him and it finally paid off. we were walking in the rain coming from neighborhood house and he suddenly bowed down and kissed me , and feeling very romantic I lifted my leg ,like they do in movies and then dropped my umbrella, and then the police drove by and put a spotlight on us and said "awwww how romantic" and then drove off. sort of spoiled the moment..SIGH!!! Don't know where he is today. Probably a bum lollol lol This what he probably looks like today

The first time I was ever kissed was by a boy named John Hedrick. I was 11 at the time. I was a big tom boy, so when he kissed me it totally threw me off guard. I returned the kiss with a punch in the nose. But later on felt bad. I think in the long run I really didn't mind the kiss after all. But the first real kiss was when I was 13, by a boy that I was going out with named Denny Lain. He had came over to my house, and we walked over to my old grade school. We were standing by the edge of the woods just talking when he ended up kissing me. My heart just started fluttering. And I fell instantly "In LOVE" or so I thought at the time. I saw him at our class reunion 5 years ago, he is still dreamy. But I'm very happy with my husband and wouldn't change a thing. Kathie

I was 13 and it was Brian P. and he was 18 and short. His family and my family were friends. It was pretty matter of fact--to me anyway. We were standing on my back porch and he had to go home so he said "Well, kiss me so I can go home." So I did. My first *real* kiss came next year and even though it was November, it was the 4th of July. His name was Destin and he was 18 (I had a thing for 18 year olds!). He was my boyfriend for the next 6 years. I am soooo glad that I didn't marry him, but we are still friends and stay sort of in contact. DH has threatened to kill him...

It was at a party a friend threw for me for my 12th birthday. We were all slow dancing and someone was going around pretending to marry each of the couples. He snuck a quick kiss then, but when he walked me home, well let's just say I stil get weak! "G"

I was 9 when this boy in my class chased me home and tackled me on my front lawn to give me a peck on the lips.LOL Dad saw it all!LOL and teased me unmercifully for years after.

oh, I remember this as if it were yesterday!! I was 10, his name was Steve, he was the "bad boy" of the bunch and my brother's best friend. I was one of the 3 girls that lived in the neighborhood, my sis wasn't yet born. I wanted to play football with the guys....we had a yard as big as soldier field, everyone played football in our yard.
Steve told me that if I kissed him, then I could play. I gave him a peck on the lips, but that wasn't enough for that bad boy.....he said, no....a FRENCH KISS!!! Well. not knowing what that was, I said ok. When he tried to push his toungue in my mouth I thought I'd puke all over his shoes. YEECH!!
Now, for the "for real" first kiss? I was at summer camp, 14 years old and terribly smitten with Brent. He was a great looking 15 year old who spent most of his time resenting his parents for sending him to camp. He had the most beautiful green eyes I have ever seen. We were sitting by the lake, it was late, the stars were out. Before long, he was holing my hand. I remember my smile was as big as the moon!!
When the camp leader told everyone it was time to turn in, we jumped up and were walking along the bridge when he stopped, and kissed me (mouth closed, thank you very much) I thought I'd never come down from the clouds!!
We kept in touch for 3 years after that, then just lost touch. Jayne

His name was Robert, I was 13, and it was at a party he had for everyone in our group of friends. During the party, he asked me to take a walk and during our walk he kissed me. I had butterflies in my stomach for weeks afterwards! We are still friends.

First kiss was in fifth grade under the bleachers during recess! I never knew that my Mom knew about this incident until I graduated and Mom and my girlfriend and I were sitting around chatting about all the things we thought we had gotten away with through out our school years......well needless to say I ONLY THOUGHT my Mom didn't know about a few incidents that my teachers thought she should know! And Mom never disclosed my secrets until I was on my way to college!~

7th grade Valentine's weekend party.1969. "Hey there Lonely Boy...Lonely Boy" was on the high fi and Michael Curtis whom I was "going with" asked me to go with him to the "make out" room. AAAAHHH! It took about 20 mins. for me to finally relent to my first real mouth kiss. I'm sure I kissed like a rock. He gave me the flu and while I was out all the next week, he started "going with" my girlfriend, Jill Shannon.

Jay-Jay, I can relate!! LOL I remember my mom telling me to not let the boys take advantage of me at the basketball game at the high school, and I remember thinking, "How could they do that when I am sitting there in the bleachers, with all those people??" LOL Gee, Pat, you are awful snoopy today!! hahahaha OK, here goes: I was 12, too, and at church camp. (yup!!) I met a guy named Bob Priebe and he was the star baseball player and I was so impressed!! Well, the last nite, we had a hayride and all the kids paired off in couples, under their sleeping bags. He was 13 and we got under the sleeping bag (sitting up - we were young!) and he pressed his lips to mine..... I mean he PRESSED them and just stayed there!!! For half an hour we didn't move! (Obviously, it was his first kiss, too!) I remember thinking, "this is not really that much fun!" LOL When we finally came up for air, everyone was quick to point out how my lips were bleeding!! I had braces and my lips got black and blue the next day!! NOT a real fun thing!! LOL LOL LOL

I was 14 when I had my first REAL kiss. It was with my best friends cousin who I was "going with." He was 16. We were sitting in the back yard in the swing and we kinda snuck behind the shed and BOOM.....butterflies!!!!! Ahhhhh to be 14 again!!!!

I was 14. His name was Eddie & he was a football player. We were at a birthday party & decided to step outside on the front porch for a minute. He took me in his arms & we had a real long & loving kiss. I actually "saw & heard" fireworks! We went steady for a year after that, then I met a neat guy at the roller rink who really stole my heart.

Had that deja vu myself this afternoon. One of my old boyfriends just moved in two doors down with wife and family. First kiss was at 16 in a cemetary near our family cottage...had my first cigarette, the first time I held hands, and really had quite a time at that cemetary!

UGH I WAS TYPING AND MY SON HIT THE ESC KEY!! Well I was 13 and living in Hudson, FL with my mom. I was staying with a friend cause her boyfriend was away. Her landlord lived nextdoor and their son was 16 and named Tom Sawyer. I swear. Someone was going to say that my friend and Tommy was messing around so to stop that he and I pretended we was going out.On July 4th, 1988 he and I was sitting on his dock keeping up appearences. He put his arm around me and said, Would you really be my real girlfriend? I said yes because I had a major crush on him. He leaned over and gave me the sweetest , longest kiss. He ended it with 3 short little pecks on my lips and said no matter where you go or if we never meet again this will be our kiss. I want you to always think of this and think of me. OH I WAS IN LOVE AFTER THAT! 3 days later my mom decided we needed to move home. So I kissed him goodbye. Never told him I loved him. Jumped on a greyhound and cried all the way to Indiana. I wrote him a few times and called some. After a year we lost touch. I still plan on finding him one day and my friend. Just to see how they are, show off my kids... etc. oh what a summer! Drag ( I have always remembered that kiss! I was talking to a friend about it just a few days ago)
