Artichoke Dip

1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
1 egg
Drain artichoke and squeeze all juice out.
Break in small pieces, add mayo, cheese and egg. Mix well- Add other ingredients. Mix. Place in a shallow baking dish that dip can be served from. 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with Club crackers or a good buttery cracker.
