Perfect Artichoke Spread
This is way too good to be this simple.
You will need:
One can of water packed artichoke hearts, drained (13 oz. can)
One cup of Best Foods mayo (Hellmans mayo west of the Rockies) not low fat!
One cup of Kraft Parmesan in the plastic or cardboard box (do not grate your
own!) It won't work.

In a pretty pie plate, chop up the drained artichoke hearts. Blend in the Mayo
and the cheese. Place in a 375 oven for 30 to 40 min. till brown and crusty on
the top. Serve with Melba toast or crackers.
Note: I love to change recipes, but this one is unchangeable IMO. ( I've messed
it up more than once with changes)
