Ruben Dip
1 16 ounce can sauerkraut, drained
1 can corned beef
1 small to medium onion
Place in blender and chop slightly.
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons horseradish
Mix together in medium bowl.
Add sauerkraut mixture.
Add 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese.
Place in baking dish and top with 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers, Rye, Pumpernickel or black bread.
