Taco Tartlets
filling
1 c Sour cream
2 tb Taco sauce
3 tb chopped ripe olives
1 c coarsely crushed tortilla chips
meat shells
1 lb Ground beef
2 tb Taco seasoning
2 tb Water
1 c (4oz) shredded cheddar
.. cheese
Preheat oven to 425°.
Combine meat shell ingredients and press into sides and bottoms of mini muffin
cups. Combine filling ingredients and put about a teaspoon into each shell. Bake
7-8 minutes until cooked and bubbly. Remove from pan and serve.
