Christmas punch

2 cans (6 0z each) unsweetened pineapple juice Chilled
1 cup cold club soda or water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 liter ginger ale chilled
1 bottle marchino cherries sliced


In large pitcher combine pineapple juice, club soda, sugar , lemon juice and gelatin. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add cherries and ginger ale mix well. serve over crushed ice.

You can make one batch of this and freeze it and break it up into chunks to add to another batch and serve.
