Blueberry Bannock

1 1/2 c flour
2T baking powder
3 T sugar- use less if you are making plain
3/4 c fresh blueberries

add about 1 cup warm water to make a soft dough. Gently knead into a ball. Pinch off golf ball size pieces and flatten with your fingers-don't squish the berries.
Fry in hot oil on both sides. Smear with butter, sprinkle on a little sugar if you like and eat it!
