Homemade Pizza Crust
2 cups warm water
1 pkg. Dry yeast
3 TBS sugar
½ TBS salt
2 TBS oil
5-7 cups flour
Dissolve yeast in water, add sugar, salt, and oil, stir it. Add 2 cups flour,
mixing with fork (I use my bread dough hooks). Keep adding flour till good and
smooth. Let raise till double. Separate into 3-4 crusts. Grease pans, spread
dough out on pans and let raise again. ( I just let it sit for a little while)
then add my sauce and toppings. Bake at 350° oven for about 20 minutes or so,
till dough is brown on bottom!
