Pizza Crust

3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons dry active yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
1 1/4 cup hot water

mix until soft ball and knead until smooth and elastic, about ten min. ( or put everything in a bread machine and push the button)
let rise covered in a warm dark place, (microwave oven is good) for one hour.

divide dough in half knead a little and roll out each piece to fit large greased pizza pans

spread pizza sauce on top of dough, then add fixings and shredded Mozzerrella. cheese

bake in 450 degree oven about 10 mins. or until bottom of crust is golden and cheese is melted.
