BBQ Muffins
Take a can biscuits, flatten out each one in palm of hand, press in and
around muffin tins.
prepare for about 10- 12 muffins a pound or less of lean ground beef.
Brown in skillet, add tad of chili powder, garlic powder, ketchup, mustard after
browning and draining. Simmer until meat absorbs the flavor. You don't want it
to be runny.
Spoon mixture into muffin tin, bake according to temp on can. When they are
lightly brown, remove sprinkle with grated cheese, return to oven to melt
cheese.
Let sit for 5 minutes before removing from tin.
Great to freeze.
