Never-Fail Pie Crust


5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. lard
Mix together & then add following:
1 egg (slightly beaten)
2 T. vinegar
Enough cold water mixed with these to make 1 cup.
Add to flour mix & mix together very well! Ready to roll into pie
crusts! Should make about 5-9" single pie crusts.
