Easy Holiday Mints
1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
3 1/2 Tablespoons evaporated milk
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. peppermint or almond extract
Few drops of desired food coloring
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Knead in bowl until smooth.
Shape mints in rubber candy molds and place on baking sheets; cover with a paper
towel and let dry. Remove candy from molds and store in an airtight container.
