Biscuit Chicken Pie
3 cooked and chopped chicken breasts
3 baking potatoes peeled and diced
2 large carrots peeled and diced
1 medium sweet onion peeled and diced
6 good sized mushrooms washed and sliced
1/2 pkg. frozen broccoli florets.
2 chicken bullion cubes or 2 teaspoons of chicken bouillon granules.
2 tablespoons flour
Pillsbury frozen buttermilk biscuits
heat oven to 375.
in large saucepan cook potatoes, carrots, onion, mushrooms and billion in enough
water to cover veggies until tendercrisp.
Add chicken and broccoli at the last two minutes. Mix flour in a little water
and add to mixture to thicken it. Pour into 2 qt. casserole dish, top with
biscuits. Bake for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and done.
