Bruce's fettuccine recipe

Heat together
1 pint of heavy cream
tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic

bring just to a boil and reduce the heat, then add

1/4 cup plain yoghurt
12 oz jar of artichoke hearts marinated in oil (drain off most of the oil first)
1/4 c chopped fresh basil (he says you can use jarred pesto instead)
3/4 c finely grated fresh parmesan cheese.

heat through and serve over fettuccine noodles.
