Old World Dinner

1 or 2 lbs. ring Polish Sausage, cut on the bias into 3" pieces.

1 med. white onion, sliced into rings

1 32 oz jar of Sauerkraut, drained and slightly rinsed in cold water

1 or 2, 14oz. can of ready cut tomatoes

1 or 2 cans of great northern white beans, drained

1 can of any beer

Method~
Use a LARGE chicken fryer skillet, and brown the sausage pieces on all sides. Remove. Add the onion to the rendered fat, and lightly brown. Then add the kraut, tomatoes and beans. Mix, and lay the sausage pieces on the top. Pour beer (you can drink half, if using half the recipe) on top. :lol
Cover, and simmer till you can't stand it anymore. C
Serve with crusty rolls.
