Salmon Noodle Casserole
2 small cans boneless skinless salmon, drained
2 pkgs. Lipton butter noodles
one carrot finely juilianed
one sm. onion finely diced
one cup frozen peas
two tablespoons butter
one cup fine bread crumbs tossed with parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup melted butter.
In large saucepan add butter, carrot onion and peas, cook over medium high heat
for 3 minutes stirring frequently . Add two cups water and the two packages of
Lipton butter noodles. Bring back to a boil and simmer over med. heat for 7
minutes. Turn heat off and add drained salmon. Stir well.
Pour into greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs that have been
sprinkled with parsmesean cheese and melted butter. Bake at 350 until bread
crumbs are golden brown!
