Lemon cookies

I Lemon Cake Mix (the kind with pudding in the mix)
2 1/4 cups Cool Whip
1 Egg

Mix together in bowl, spoon out by teaspoons onto plate covered with Confectioners Sugar. Roll ball to coat with sugar. Press a little flat in palm of hand and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes. Yields about 15 cookies. YUM!
