Batter
2 cups flour
1tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup cococa
1 cup sugar
Mix these ingredients together, then add:
1 egg
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup of evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
I think she gave me the wrong measurements on the canned milk cause I had to add
a little more than 3/4 cup, cause the batter is suppose to be just a little
thicker than cake batter, but with only 3/4 cup, it was way to thick. So I just
added a little more at a time til I got it to the right consistency.
After mixing all this together, drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet
and bake at 375 for no more than 7 minutes.
This will make lots of round cake like cookies. After they have cooled, mix up
frosting for filling. Spread some filling on one of the cookie rounds then add
another to make a sandwich cookie.
Frosting
1 stick of margarine, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3/4 jar of marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
