Low calorie ribs

Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons fruit jam (any flavor, but I prefer peach)
3 tablespoons any brand of bbq sauce
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 packet sugar substitute
4 pounds country style spareribs


Directions:


In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, fruit jam, barbecue sauce, garlic, and sugar substitute. Brush both sides of ribs with mixture. Place ribs in slow cooker; pour remaining sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours.
