Lemon Cake Dessert
1 store purchased Angel food cake
1 can lemon pie filling (or lemon cheese if you can get it)
1 pint of whipping cream
sugar and Vanilla
take the already made cake and break it up into pieces between 2 and 3 inches
big (not to even in size)
whip the cream until very stiff and add sugar and vanilla
blend lemon into cream and then fold into cake pieces
place back into angel food pan or another pan and place in the fridge for at
least 1 hour.
you can substitute any pie filling for lemon but make sure it is smooth and no
chunks of fruit in it. Lemon is best because it it tasty and also very pretty
when sliced.
