Veal Marsala


500 grams of veal schnitzel or steak(or your choice of
steak)
(4 pieces)thinly sliced
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1 tablespoon polyunsaturated oil
1 tablespoon marsala
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Freshly ground black pepper.
Method...
Saute veal and garlic in heated pan for a few
minutes on each side until cooked.
Remove from pan.
Over moderate heat combine marsala,lemon juice
and pepper in pan juices.
Return veal to pan,heat through and serve.
Serve with Lemon Broccoli and new potatoes
(or your choice of vegetables)
