Corn Relish

1) 1/2 cup sugar
2) 1/2 tsp. salt
3) 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
4) 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
5) 1/8 tsp. white pepper
6) 1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 17oz. can whole kernel corn (drained)
2 tbsp. diced green pepper
1 (4 oz) pimento
1 tbsp. instant onion
Combine 1st 6 ingredients, bring to boil, Boil 2 minutes and remove. Stir in others ingredients, and cool. Pour in container, cover tightly and refrigerate several days before using. This just gives it time to marinate. Yield 1 pint.
