Easy Baked Chicken
1 small cut up chicken, or parts of your choice
1 small bottle of Wishbone Italian salad dressing(1 cup)
small box of plain corn flakes
Place chicken in a zip lock plastic bag, and add the salad dressing. Refrigerate
for at least an hour, or longer. Discard the dressing.
Place corn flakes in another plastic bag, and crush.
Add the wet chicken to the bag, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat well.
Use a sheet of foil in a shallow baking sheet pan, and oil the foil generously.
(about 1/4 cup of oil)
Bake the chicken at 350 for an hour, turning half way through the cook time.
