3 cups diced chicken
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup green seedless grapes, halved
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
1 tbs. minced parsley
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Mix the last four ingredients and gently toss with the first 5. I leave out the
mandarin oranges cause I don't like them much if I am going to make a sandwich
out of it.
