1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice, blend with sauce and pour in shallow dish that you plan to
serve from. Freeze. When frozen add topping:
1- 3 ounce cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup confectionary sugar
1- 8oz cool whip
When frozen again, top with 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans. Cut in squares and
serve on lettuce if you like. This can be a dessert if you want to. I always
double it.
