Crunch Salad

Ingredients:
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
4 cups fresh caulifowerets
1 med. red onion
2 cups cherry tomatoes
Dressing:
1 cup fat free mayo
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
In large bowl, combine vegetable. Whisk the dressing ingredients until smooth, pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Cover and chill for at least two hours.
Yield: 18 servings
