Cucumbers and Sour Cream
1 cucumber, pared and thinly sliced
1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1-2 drops Tabasco pepper sauce
1 tsp dried dill weed (or to taste)
freshly ground pepper
Place cucumber and onion in bowl; sprinkle with salt and let stand 30 minutes.
Drain. Rinse.
Combine sour cream, vinegar, Tabasco, dill weed and pepper. Pour over
cucumber-onion mixture; stir.
Chill 30 minutes before serving.
